New KAMA brand and TaiShan brand tractors imported by ARTRAC Company LLC and sold by ARTRAC, or an ARTRAC authorized reseller, are covered by the manufacturer's (Shandong Tractor Works) 6 month parts warranty.
This warranty covers the replacement of any part that fails during the first 6 months due to a manufacturing defect. The factory in China has the final authority to approve any warranty claim and to determine which parts are to be replaced.
The cost of labor to replace any defective component is not covered by this warranty. Any Labor warranty offered by any reseller of KAMA tractors imported by ARTRAC Company LLC, is solely the responsibility of the selling dealer. ARTRAC will use its best efforts to stock repair parts at its facility in Arkansas, but cannot guarantee we will have any part that might fail at any given time. If we have the part in our stock we will ship the part UPS ground at our expense. Parts too large to go UPS will be shipped by motor freight or as directed by the customer or dealer at the customer's or dealer's expense.
If a warranted part is not in stock, it will be ordered from the factory and included in our next regular shipment, any expedited shipping from China is at the expense of the customer or selling dealer.
Defective parts must be returned, freight prepaid upon the request of ARTRAC.
Wear items such as belts, hoses, clutches, light bulbs, and fluids & oils are not covered by this warranty.
Batteries are not covered by this warranty. Batteries are charged and load tested prior to shipping from ARTRAC in Knoxville, but are considered of no value and are included only for the convenience of our dealers and customers.
ARTRAC Company LLC makes no warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose on any product.
Warranty is valid to first retail purchaser who purchases from ARTRAC or an AUTHORIZED ARTRAC dealer and is not transferable. ARTRAC makes no warranty of any kind.
